Book a consultation for an exclusive custom design order. When requesting a custom design order, all orders MUST BE requested 3 months PRIOR to the event (This also includes out of state orders). There is a NON-REFUNDABLE consultation fee of $100.
During this consultation, we will discuss:
· The event you are attending or hosting and brainstorm on the ideas you may have in mind in which you see yourself wearing to the event.
· If your consultation is online, you will receive a detailed video via email on how to take your measurements along with a measurement form.
· If your consultation is in person, measurements will be taken at the end of your consultation.
•CONSULTATION PAYMENT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE DESIGN.
After the consultation:
• Within 8 business days, the designer will come up with 2 to 3 exclusive sketches to choose to from along with 2 to 3 fabric swatches that would fit perfectly for each designed sketched. The client will also receive an estimate via email for each design.
Once you have chosen the design of choice:
• An invoice will be sent out via email, with the design price which will include the fabric and appliques (if needed).
· In order to secure your order and completed order date, a 50% deposit must be placed!
Late Arrivals and Cancellations:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment:
· Original appointment time would not be extended.
· Consultation fee will NOT be refunded, and a new date will NOT be given.
· The client will have to re-book a new appointment along with another consultation fee.
· The only time the consultation fee will be refunded, is if the designer must cancel the appointment and no rescheduling can be made.
NOTE: All clients that are under 18 MUST BE occupied by 1 parent or a legal guardian via online or in person. There are NO EXTRA GUEST allowed for clients over 18 via online or in person.
Once your order has been confirmed and secured:
· You will receive an email detailing the confirmation of your order, receipt of deposit and the remaining balance due date.
· LOCAL CLIENTS: Will receive scheduled fitting dates.
· If scheduled dates are not suitable for local clients, clients are more than welcome to ask for another date and time and the designer will confirm if the desired time slot is available.
