REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are NO RETURNS! EXCHANGES ONLY! Our exchange policy is only 15 days to exchange items after the delivery has been made. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, we are no longer able to provide you with an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO ALL CUSTOMERS
Several types of goods are exempt for exchanges. Non exchangeable garments are swimsuits, swimsuits sets, accessories and perfumes.
To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No exchanges if:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Requests for items to be exchanged more than 15 days after the item was delivered to the customer.
Exchangeable Items Received:
*Once your exchange items has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchangeable items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchangeable items.
Approved Exchangeable Items:
*If the item is no longer in stock and your exchange has been approved, you have the option to exchange the item for a garment that is currently in stock & valued at the same price or if there is nothing in stock that fits the customer preference, the customer will receive and E-gift card.
*If the item that is chosen is less than the first product that was first purchased, you will receive a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card.
*If the item is more than the first product that was purchased, you are responsible to pay for the difference.
NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
We will NOT EXCHANGE items if they are defective, damaged or used. ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO THE CUSTOMERS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange your item. Once you have paid for the shipping cost on your exchanged item, we will be happy to provide you with a return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary via USPS.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
